Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Hi Ladies! I’m sure that you’re learning a lot as your wedding planning comes along, but one of the most important things is preparation! As your big day approaches, take advantage of the time you have to plan and start setting aside items that will be useful to you throughout your wedding day.
While working at Bel Fiore Bridal, I’ve heard a few emergency stories, so I decided to compile a list that will hopefully help you out! Pack these up, give the bag to your Maid of Honor, and you’ll have a lot less to worry about if something unexpected pops up!
Sewing Kit
Tissues
Q-Tips
Static-Cling Spray
Straws (for drinking without messing up your lipstick)
Black Socks (for the Groom, Groomsmen, Ushers…they can be forgetful…or colorblind)
Stain Remover
Aspirin
Mints
Toothbrush/ Toothpaste
Bandaids
Eyedrops (look for redness reducing)
Nail Polish (the color you’re wearing and clear)
Hairspray
Makeup
Bobby Pins
Pliers (to clamp those tricky hook-and-eyes on your dresses)
Deodorant
Perfume
Safety Pins
Masking tape/Sewing tape (for last minute ripped hems)
Antacid
Snacks (crackers, energy bars)
Cooler of Bottled Water (keep dark/colored liquids away!)
Champagne/Glasses
Charged Cell Phone (with all of your vendors’ phone numbers)
Did I leave anything out? Post a comment and add to the list!
Happy Planning!

Thought of something…don’t forget an iron & a hand-steamer. Before you use the steamer make sure it’s not silk (you can only iron silk)!
Great post!
I do the same thing!
I wrote a blog post about it:

When there are no second chances, only the extremely paranoid and the extremely lucky survive!
Make sure the sewing kit has a reasonably sharp pair of small scissors- I carry a swiss army type tool and the most requested part of it by far is the scissor to cut hanging straps of dresses.
